RS Infotainment’s 16th film, “Mandaadi,” is a sports action drama with emotions and grit. Directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, it stars Soori as the lead, Mahima Nambiar as the female lead and Talented telugu actor Suhas making debut to Tamil cinema. The cast also includes Sathyaraj, Ravindra Vijay, Achyuth Kumar, and Sachana Namidass.
G.V. Prakash Kumar handles music, S.R. Kathir is the cinematographer, and Peter Hein choreographs action scenes. D.R.K. Kiran oversees production design and Pradeep E. Ragav is the editor.
The team has started pre-production and will soon begin filming along the coastal areas of Ramanathapuram. A video has been released at the announcement event giving a glimpse about the movie.
The movie revolves around coastal sports, focusing on sailboat racing and the role of a “Mandaadi”—an expert in ocean navigation aiming to deliver a thrilling cinematic experience.
