The costliest film in Akhil Akkineni’s career, Agent bombed like anything at the box office and it has ended as one of the biggest disasters of all time in Tollywood.
But interestingly, there’s another costly experiment that is being made with Akhil now and UV Creations are producing it.
Akhil’s next film is said to be directed by a debut director and UV Creations has apparently allotted a whopping budget of Rs 50 crores for the film.
This budget allocation is clearly above Akhil’s existing market. His previous film collected less than Rs 8 crores share at the box office and the fact that UV Creations are willing to spend Rs 50 crores on his next film sounds insane.
This is just a speculation for now and we can’t draw any conclusion just yet. But if UV do end up spending as much budget, it would be a very strange choice.
