In a significant judgment proposed under the NDPS Act, a three-judge bench overruled two past Supreme Court decisions, which claimed that the announcements of accused recorded under Section 67 for the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act can’t be utilized as a confession henceforth during the preliminary.
