There have been several reports that all has not been well between the Eenadu organisation and Sridhar for quite some time now, which is why he resigned, and several others suggested that he resigned due to ill health, while some have said that Eenadu has cut out Sridhar as part of their cost-cutting program. Sridhar has now replied to all of these speculations on his Facebook account, stating that he resigned just from Eenadu and that all the speculations on the web are false.
This could mean that Sridhar is now tied up with another newspaper publication or could mean anything else. On the whole, Sridhar’s resignation has become a political interest in both the Telugu states, as Sridhar has worked on various political cartoons throughout his career at Eenadu, which is known to be affiliated with the Telugu Desam Party. Despite having a very long relationship with Eenadu, it is interesting to see why Sridhar had to resign now, which is the main reason why so many specualtions are floating around on the internet. Now, even though Sridhar has himself clarified the matter on social media, it seems unlikely that these specualtions will come to an end any time soon, until a valid reason surfaces.
