After India arranged flights to bring back the citizens in abroad locations, other nations too came up with similar arrangements to help their citizens. Donald Trump gave a call to all the 50000 Americans to come back to USA. US officials in India took the details of 800 Americans currently in India and contacted them regarding special flight.
Interestingly, only 10 of them responded positively to move back to USA and majority of them decided to stay back in India. Situation in USA is slowly moving out of hands and US Government is trying to control the Covid-19 spread. Meanwhile, in India, the spread of Covid-19 is not as high as in USA.
Considering this fact, the US citizens in India are feeling safe in the nation rather than in USA. Indian officials identified that around 24000 US citizens are currently in India in different states and the US officials are trying to contact all of them regarding the special flights.
