Andhra Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party President Somu Veerraju left for Delhi and will be staying there for 3 days, meeting with the leaders of the party. With Somu staying in Delhi for three days, it is being said that a major change is about to take place in the leadership of the party’s AP division.
A person from RSS has recently been appointed as the in-charge for AP BJP. Satish G used to look over AP BJP in the past, and now, a person named Shivaprakash has taken over. It is being said that Somu is being prepared mentally in Delhi, to step down from the post of the AP BJP President, as there hasn’t been any significant development in AP BJP after he took over.
Somu never went against the AP government, and always went against the opposition party. His dealing with the Jana Sena have also proven to be dissatisfactory, which is said to have upset the BJP leadership. As a result, it is being said that someone else will take over Somu’s place now. With the BJP fixated on making sure that the party grows in AP, it is now to be seen who will be given this position.
