It is well known that Singer Neha Bhasin became a singing sensation for youngsters with her bold style of singing and succeeded professionally. But the singer also opened up about few appalling incidents that happened in her childhood.
In a recent interview, she has revealed on being molested and sexually abused countless times in her life. The singer disclosed that she was groped and also assaulted at the age of 10 during her visit to Haridwar.
“I was just 10 years old. I was in Haridwar, one of the holy places in India. My mother was standing a few feet away from me. Suddenly, a guy came and poked his finger inside my a**. I was shocked. I just ran away. Then, a few years later, a man grabbed my breasts in a hall. I clearly remember these incidents.” grieved 37 year old Neha.
She added saying she was clueless why it occurred and self inflicted herself believing it was her fault. She lashed out vehemently and also affirmed that people have unduly begun hurting others — mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually on social media. It is more like a faceless terrorism, Neha asserted.
