YSRC leader YS Jagan faces tough situation from the CBI. His request to exempt appearance in the CBI court was rejected. Even before YS Jagan became the CM of Andhra Pradesh, CBI has been investigating his case.
As YS Jagan became the CM of AP, he requested exempt from appearance in CBI court saying that it would cost 60 lakhs for one day appearance taking security and other aspects into consideration. Apart from this, YS Jagan mentioned that AP will be losing one precious day of CM duty. Hence, YS Jagan requested the court that his lawyer will appear on his behalf.
Responding to this, CBI court rejected the request. CBI stated that as YS Jagan is in the CM chair, it would be easy for him to manage the witnesses in the case and hence they mentioned that YS Jagan should come to the court himself for the case. Stay tuned for more updates.
