Maverick director Shankar and the Universal actor Kamal Haasan joined hands together yet again for Bharateeyudu-2/Indian-2, which is a sequel for Bharateeyudu. A freedom fighter’s fight against corruption is the backdrop of Bharateeyudu, which enthralled all the audiences. Ever since the second installment announcement, the film has been making headlines and grabbing the attention of all audiences.
The film’s shooting is going on at a brisk pace. It is learned that film’s shooting is currently happening in Chennai city. We are all known that the first part dealt with corruption. Shankar always depicts a strong message about society development to the audience. Now, it seems like Shankar is going to give a strong message against the crimes happening against women in India in Bharateeyudu 2.
The film stars Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Priya Bhavani Shankar as the leading ladies in the film. Siddharth is playing the role of Kamal Haasan’s grandson in the movie whereas Vidyut Jamwal will be seen as the antagonist. Lyca Productions is bankrolling this high-budget project. The film is slated to hit the screens in April 2020.
