Former MLA of TDP from Ramachandrapuram, Thota Trimurthulu is all set to bid goodbye to TDP and join in YSRCP. Trimurthulu has a good following among Kapu voters. He can at least influence the voters of four to five districts. So, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is considering his joining as prestigious one, anticipating that the ruling party can attract Kapu vote bank too hereafter.
After TDP faced a huge debacle in the assembly elections, anticipating that there is no future to Cycle party, Trimurthulu had been staying away from the party operations for long. Now, the reports are rife that he is going to join in YSRCP in the presence of CM Jagan on 18th of this month.

Not only Trimurthulu, but few other TDP leaders like former MLA of Yalamanchili, Panchakalla Rameshbabu, and even Bonda Uma, Kadiri Babu Rao from Kanigiri are also planning to quit the opposition party and shift their loyalties towards the ruling party soon.
Around 12 former MLAs from Kapu community are expected to leave the Cycle party soon. If this turns true, then TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu may find it even tougher to move forward.
