As the counting of votes for assembly and Lok Sabha elections are yet to begin in a few hours, the security at the residences of both TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu and YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy has been increased.
As the exit polls have predicted mixed results, where few were positive to TDP and few to YSRCP, both parties have expressed apprehensions that the other might resort to violence during the counting tomorrow. The AP police erected barricades and also planning to divert traffic that lead to the residence of the duo.
As TDP and YSRCP, being the two major parties and one among the parties is going to form the government in AP after the results, several party leaders and other workers are expected to reach the residences of the duo. Predicting any untoward incidents, the police have beefed up security at the residences and offices of both Jagan and Naidu.
Like never before, the 2019 elections have acquired a huge political heat across the state. While Naidu expressed his confidence of retaining the government, his fight against the Election Commission demanding to count 50% VVPAT slips, is hinting that the YSRCP is going to make it big in AP. However, the actual results are set to be out tomorrow, amidst of high tension atmosphere.
