Andhra Pradesh State Election Commissioner (APSEC) Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has once again approached the High Court. He has filed a petition in the High Court alleging that his correspondence with the governor was being leaked.
Nimmagadda questioned how the correspondence he was holding with the governor was leaking. He asked the high court to order an inquiry with the CBI into this. In his petition, Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar named the Governor of AP, Chief Secretary of the AP Government Adityanath Das, Ministers Peddireddy Ramachandrareddy, and Botsa Satyanarayana as respondents.
Nimmagadda said that the details about his leave were also leaked. He said his correspondence with the Governor was leaked on social media. The High Court accepted the petition of Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar.
