From the past few months, music director Devi Sri Prasad is having a tough time. His songs have been criticized severely citing they are so routine. On the other hand, the rise of Thaman has given so many sleepless nights to DSP.
To bounce back, Devi Sri Prasad has only one option i.e., Sarileru Neekevvaru, This Mahesh Babu starrer movie is scheduled for release in Sankranthi season and the team has announced that every Monday there will be a song released from the movie.
On the first Monday of December, Mind Block which is said to be a mass number got released.
Coming to the review, Though DSP tried hard to attain the audience of the movie lovers, Mind Block is just another routine song from DSP which reminds of the Sailaja Sailaja song from Nenu Sailaja especially when Mind Block repeat lines come.
But the song has its parts. The highlight of the song is whenever Mahesh’s voiceover comes in that song. Though not so catchy, Mind Block cannot be written off. It has its moments and can be enjoyed in theaters with the help of visual appeal.
While Blazee and Ranina Reddy has sung this song, Srimani and DSP have written the lyrics. We have to wait and see how the audience reacts to this song.
