Sai Durgha Tej, known for his generosity and inspired by his uncle, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, has once again shown his commitment to social causes.
In response to the recent floods in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, he donated Rs 10 lakhs each to the Chief Minister’s Relief Funds, totaling Rs 20 lakhs.
Additionally, he gave Rs 5 lakhs to the Amma Foundation and other organizations.
Personally visiting Vijayawada, he donated Rs 2 lakhs to the Amma Orphanage and Rs 3 lakhs to other causes after the floods.
Beyond financial aid, he interacted with the elderly residents, showing deep empathy.
In 2019, he promised to build a new building for the orphanage, which he completed by 2021. Sai Durgha Tej also adopted the orphanage for three years, covering all expenses and frequently visiting to ensure their well-being.
