Yesterday, we had reported that Prabhas’s Adipurush could be releasing next Summer season as the Sankranthi release has been ruled out due to the pending VFX and post production work.
Now we are hearing that the film is out of Summer 2023 slot as well, due to the pending work.
Apparently, the makers are under pressure to redo the entire VFX work for the film and that will take at least 6 months. As a result, Adipurush might not be releasing next summer either.
It could be pushed to the later half of 2023 and the same is expected to be confirmed through an official announcement very soon.
The makers are reportedly having to spend another Rs 100 crores on the VFX rework job.
