Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Ruler which received bad talk from the morning shows itself surprisingly performed well on the first day. At the box office, it registered an impressive 4.40 Crore share from the Telugu states. However it couldn’t withstand that grip on the second day with bad talk spreading like wildfire.
Touted to be an action mass masala entertainer the film has missed the spark. Story and Screenplay are routine and trashed away by the critics. Even the mouth talk is not so encouraging for the film which makes it evident that Nandamuri Balakrishna has to face hat-trick flops this year. It is already known that Balakrishna has two more flops earlier this year with NTR Mahanayakudu and Kathanayakudu.
Coming back to Ruler, the film has seen more than 50 percent drops on Saturday which is not a very good news for the movie. Going by the trends, it is not going to make any huge difference on Sunday too. On the second day, the film has only collected 1 Crore share which is disastrous to say the least. The movie has done a business of around 22 Crores from the Telugu States and the distributors are going to lose a large chunk of amount.
