If the latest rumors on social media are to go by, we might be having a sequel for RRR, which is due for worldwide theatrical release on the 28th of April.
As per these speculations, Vijayendra Prasad has already started working on the script for the sequel and he will be approaching Rajamouli once he is done with the same.
But the prospect of RRR’s sequel looks rather unlikely now. Rajamouli is scheduled to work with Mahesh Babu soon. If he is to work on the sequel, he will have to take some time off and work on the script.
More importantly, Jr NTR and Ram Charan will have to be ready to allot another 2-3 years again. This is very much debatable.
So, we need to wait and see if things will actually fall into place and RRR’s sequel materialize at least in the distant future.
