YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju seems to be stopping at nothing to make sure that justice is served towards all the injustices that were done to him. He now sent a complaint to the Delhi Police, against AP CBICID Chief PV Sunil Kumar.
In his complaint, RRR stated that Sunil took away his mobile phone while in custody, and didn’t return or submit it before the magistrate in the seized material list. Recently, retired IAS officer PV Ramesh said that his family members were getting messages from this seized mobile phone, and RRR said that it was the doing of the CBICID. He said that Sunil and Ramesh have personal differences and that his phone is being used to Sunil’s advantage.
In his complaint, RRR also mentioned that he was manhandled by Sunil on the day of his arrest, along with a few other police personnel, and requested the DGP of the Delhi police to take necessary action against Sunil. He asked the Delhi police to file a complaint against the AP CBCID Chief under Sections 119, 379, 403, 409, 418, 426, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
On the other hand, RRR also sent a notice to PV Sunil Kumar, stating that he neither returned the mobile phone to him nor submitted it to the court.
