Ram Gopal Varma, once a celebrated filmmaker, has lost his reputation over the years due to producing subpar movies. Recently, he expressed regret on Twitter for not making movies up to his earlier standards, like “Rangeela” and “Satya.”
While some doubt his sincerity, many fans hope he’ll correct his mistakes and make a great film again. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga also expressed a desire to see the old Varma return, and Varma mentioned he is trying to achieve that.
In his latest Twitter post, Varma sparked hope among his fans. Reports suggest he’s planning a big movie with Amitabh Bachchan, who has a special fondness for Varma after their collaboration in “Sarkar” and its sequels. Despite past failures, Amitabh remains supportive of Varma.
It is also being said that Varma is also approaching senior Tollywood actor Victory Venkatesh for the multi-starrer film. He is said to be aiming to make a pan-India film with a big budget and already has a producer on board as per the reports.
