It seems, the struggles of Telangana Chief Minister KCR are not going to end in the near future. While the TSRTC strike that is going on for the past 40 days is already troubling the CM, now, a fresh trouble in the form of his party leaders is worrying him.
It is known that TRS has witnessed a massive victory in the assembly elections held last year. But a case has been filed in the court on six of the ruling party MLAs, stating that the candidatures of all such MLAs are invalid. The case has been filed by the six candidates of the constituency, upon whom the TRS candidates won.
After checking the case details, the Telangana High Court has issued notices to all the six candidates- Mothkur Anand, Mahesh Reddy, Mutthi Reddy Yadagiri Reddy, Kodangal MLA Patnam Narendar Reddy, Nannapaneni Narendar, Mainampally Hanumantha Rao.
Considering it as a right opportunity to attack TS CM, Malkajgiri MP Revanth Reddy appealed to the court that Rs. 51 lakhs cash and a diary that shows Rs. 6.5 Crore expenses have been found at the farm house of Patnam NarendraReddy, when the Income Tax officials raided it.

He further complained that the Kondangal MLA has spent Rs. 5 lakh donation that he got from the other country, for his election campaigning. An MLA candidate is not supposed to involve in such issues. If involved, his candidature will be considered as invalid. So it should be seen with what kind of judgment, the High Court comes up with.
