Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan is facing a severe backlash for his recent comments on Rayalaseema.
Pawan Kalyan was recently criticized for commenting on Telangana, saying that the Telangana leaders are harassing Andhrites in their state. These statements have gone very viral and Pawan had to face criticisms from all over. While the heat of those comments is still being felt by the Janasena cadres, the party chief once again came up with such comments that disturbs the regional harmony.
In his recent political campaign, Pawan Kalyan said, “when of the Janasena activist asked to break the wings of fan, I said that Janasena is not here to do such destructive things, it is only possible to Jagan Mohan Reddy, who hails from Rayalaseema”.
Pawan’s comments wouldn’t have attracted many eyes, if he had criticized only Jagan. But as he highlighted Rayalaseema, now these comments are being considered as a disturbance to regional harmony in Rayalaseema.
The netizens opine that Jagan is not a representative of Rayalaseema and he is not the only one residing over there. Rayalaseema is known for its culture and arts. But Pawan’s comments are such that the region is a representative of the faction. These comments are not supposed to be uttered from an upcoming political leader like Pawan Kalyan.
However, the Janasena activists are backing their party chief that Pawan’s intention was only to criticize Jagan and not to insult Rayalaseema or raise any regional disparities.
