The makers of Irumudi, starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in his 77th film, have unveiled the first look of Priya Bhavani Shankar as Kaveri on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, creating fresh buzz around the project. Backed by Mythri Movie Makers and directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film has already generated strong excitement ever since its title and first look poster were released on Ravi Teja’s birthday. The new poster adds a warm, emotional layer to the film’s promotions and has been receiving positive reactions from fans and film lovers.
The first look poster presents Ravi Teja and Priya Bhavani Shankar in an affectionate moment, hinting at a heartfelt village-based love story. Ravi Teja appears in a rugged, rustic avatar with tousled hair, a full beard, and a casual striped shirt, reflecting a grounded rural tone. Priya Bhavani Shankar, dressed in a traditional maroon saree with flowers adorning her hair, is introduced as Kaveri, radiating simplicity and warmth. The earthy colour palette, soft lighting, and the rural backdrop with a wooden cart filled with bananas give the poster a rooted, emotional feel, suggesting that the film will focus on intimate relationships and strong emotions.
According to the makers, Irumudi blends intensity, heartfelt drama, and commercial elements, with the emotional core of the story centred around a deeply moving father–daughter relationship.
