Energetic star Ram after the super success of Ismart Shankar has done the film RED which is a remake to Tamil block buster Tadam.
While shooting of this film is completed and movie is scheduled for April 9th release, makers have postponed the release with no other choice left as theaters have been shut down due to corona virus pandemic.
While there are updates that lock down is going to be extended till month end and reports are that it will take more time than anticipated before theaters are going to open again, speculation started to grow for few movies that they are going to have direct OTT release.
A leading English daily has reported that Ram is in dilemma as makers of RED are in talks with a digital platform to have direct OTT release and Ram is insisting on having theatrical release. To this post, Ram has responded that there is no dilemma for him and RED will have direct theatrical release. He has also confirmed that his next will be announced after the RED release.
