Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej has become the talk-of-the-town for his bulked up biceps, chiselled abs, and ripped physique. Recently, he has revealed that he took training from popular celebrity coach Rakesh Udiyar who happens to be the personal trainer of Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.
But, there is a person behind this huge and amazing transformation of Sai Dharam Tej. The interesting aspect of the story was that Sai Dharam Tej’s cousin Ram Charan has personally referred the trainer to him.
“But after Charan saw my body, he said, ‘idi chaaladura…inka cheyyali (this is not enough…you should do more),” he chuckles and adds that he is a fitness enthusiast.
Sai Dharam Tej also revealed that an action sequence in Prathi Roju Pandage required him to sport a toned body.
