As the effect of Covid second wave is descending by the day, Tollywood is slowly but surely getting back on track. The makers of big-ticket projects are planning to resume shoot and a few medium-budget films are gearing up for theatrical release possibly from this August.
Meanwhile, Rajamouli, the man behind the magnum opus multi-starrer RRR is set to make a big announcement on the project.
Apparently, Rajamouli has come to a conclusion that stickiness to October 13th release is practically impossible, given the volume of pending shoot. So, he is planning to announce the new release date of the Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer next month.
It is said that Rajamouli and the makers of the big-budget action thriller are close to finalizing the new release date of the film.
Rajamouli will be officially announcing the release date later this July. In all likelihood, RRR will be pushed to 2022 summer or later.
