Director SS Rajamouli has been successful where others failed, more so in the past few days, than ever before, especially with regards to the ticket price issue in Andhra Pradesh. Apart from meeting with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy along with a delegation from Tollywood, the director also went and personally met the CM a few days ago, along with RRR producer DVV Danayya. Post this meeting, the AP government agreed to increase the ticket prices for the film, for a span of 10 days, considering its budget and scope.
Talking about the issue, Rajamouli heaped praise on Megastar Chiranjeevi, saying that it was he who took the initiative and the burden to make sure that the problem finds a solution, by meeting with the AP government multiple times, and seeing it to the end. He said that Chiranjeevi is the real ‘industry pedda’ (head) and that the entire industry owes it to him.
On the other hand, RRR is all set for release on March 25th across the country. There are massive expectations on the film, which features NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, who would be seen playing Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju respectively. The film also features Alia Bhatt as Sita, along with Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody and Olivia Morris.
