Some Australian cricket fans behaved troublesome during the third Test match between India and Sydney in Sydney.
The Australian fans made racist remarks against Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj. They seem to have made arrogant comments on players while they are fielding on the boundary line.
The Indian team management took this issue to the Cricket Board of Australia(CA) and lodged a complaint. Cricket Australia CEO Nick Hockley spoke to Siraj regarding this. However, Team India management is deeply dissatisfied with the incident.
According to the BCCI sources said that the Australian fan who was drunk called Siraj a ‘Monkey’. With these comments, fans are recalling the ‘Monkeygate’ incident during the 2007 Sydney test match.
