The super famous Oo Antava from Pushpa part 1 is one of the iconic dance numbers in Telugu cinema and it single handedly ruled the roost in favor of Pushpa after the release.
Now, the newly released Kissik song from Pushpa 2 which is perhaps in direct competition to Oo Antava has shown decent enough promise but doesn’t quite match the mass appeal of the latter.
At first glance, we get an impression that the Kissik song is not quite on par with Oo Antava. DSP’s tune is fresh enough and packs variation and the lyrics are also seductive. But the overall feel and the vibe of the song aren’t quite on the level of Oo Antava.
But again, DSP’s songs tend to grow on the listeners and then go viral after the theatrical release. The same could well be the case with Kissik song now and we really do hope if fares well as well.
Pushpa 2 is now headed for release on the 5th of December.
