Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh have been occupied with Liger for the last 2 years. The project is being delayed due to the Covid situation and both Vijay and Puri are determined to get things done at a brisk pace once the conditions favour.
As revealed by our sources, Vijay and Puri have taken the final call on Liger and it is an interesting one.
Puri and Vijay have decided to wrap up the entire shooting at a stretch without a major break once the filming resumes. They plan to wrap up the remaining shooting part in a single schedule.
Puri Jagannadh has already started scouting for optimal locations in Europe. The shooting will resume once the location is locked.
It appears to be that both Vijay and Puri Jagannadh are vexed with the delay in shoot. Moreover, they plan to move on with their future commitments by wrapping up Liger at the earliest.
If the Covid situation eases up further, Liger might wrap shoot in the next few months and hit the silver screens at the end of this year or early next year.
