Actor Siva Balaji and his wife, actress Madhumitha, have been fighting against the impossible demands of a private school for several weeks now. Both of them have spoken to the media several times, stating that the aforementioned school has been removing the names of students from online classes, in case they haven’t paid the fee, and is also not letting them write their exams.
The couple have also said that the school, Mt. Litera Zee School, is asking for the parents to pay the school fee in full, despite the fact that the government has passed orders for schools to only collect tuition fee. Furthermore, the couple have even said that the school is the least bit bothered about the financial conditions of several parents who have lost their jobs and are receiving half salaries.
Siva Balaji and Madhumitha have complained about the same to the Human Rights Commission which has ordered the DEO of Ranga Reddy District to submit a report on the same after an investigation for two weeks. The matter has now taken a more serious turn, with the school continuing to remove the names of more and more students from online classes.
As a result, Madhumitha has asked the Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR, to personally look into the matter and to make sure that no parent has to go through this torment anymore.
