Director Prashanth Varma, who gained recognition with Awe and get to pan India fame with Hanu-Man, is facing a series of setbacks. Despite Hanu-Man collecting over 300 crores, his next projects seem to be hitting roadblocks.
After announcing Jai Hanu-Man with Rishab Shetty, production delays occurred due to budget issues. Initially backed by Prime Show Entertainment, the project shifted to Mythri Movie Makers.
Meanwhile, Prashanth’s Bollywood superhero film with Ranveer Singh was reportedly canceled due to creative differences, with Ranveer confirming the news.
Adding to the tension, Prashanth’s project with Mokshagna, Balakrishna’s son, was postponed. While Balakrishna cited Mokshagna’s health as the reason, rumours of creative conflicts surfaced.
If this project gets shelved, it might impact Prashanth’s reputation, especially after losing the Ranveer Singh film. With no official updates yet, the uncertainty around these projects is said to be a challenge for Prashanth Varma.
