In Hindi, the movie ‘Andhadun’ starring Ayushman Khurana along side Radhika Apte as the hero and heroine became a super hit. While Tabu played a key role in this. The changes in the life of the blind hero unexpectedly gets embroiled in the murder mystery as he becomes the witness .

Merlapaka Gandhi who previously directed Krishna Arjuna Yuddham is helming the film. Inside sources reveal that the daisy girl Pooja Hegde, who is on the cusp of a series of successes has refused for the heroine role in the film. Earlier Nabha Natesh was approached but things didn’t pan out well. Now reports are rife that the role of the heroine in the film is not so crucial and hence Pooja was rejected, while others say that she rejected because of her payment issue. On the other hand, makers are also eyeing to rope in Shilpa Shetty for Tabu’s role.
The untitled film is produced by N Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy under Sreshth Movies banner while Tagore Madhu would present the flick.
