Yesterday’s Union Budget presented a bare hand to the Andhra Pradesh and the zero allocations to both Telugu speaking states would have hurt the morale of the people as well as the leaders. Even the YSR Congress Party expressed their dismay over this budget which offers nothing for the state.
Coming to Pawan Kalyan, even though he can’t express his dissatisfaction in public, he wants to do something for the state on his side. After forming an alliance with the BJP, the Janasena president has been in touch with many prominent leaders at the center and it is being said that, using his good ties Pawan Kalyan is going to meet the finance minister at Centre, Nirmala Seetharaman.
After Pawan’s meeting with her, if centre releases some funds or packages to the state citing the Pawan’s interference and inputs as the sole reason, the graph of Janasenani reaches peaks. Pawan who is desperate to project himself as the person to consider in AP politics wants to utilise this opportunity.
Earlier, the AP Finance Minster Buggana Rajendranath Reddy said that the budget was disappointing and voiced concern over the delay in reimbursement of funds for the Polavaram project. Now, Pawan is ready to talk with Nirmala on this particular aspect as Polavarm is an ongoing problem for a very long time.
