Actress Meera Chopra, who was introduced to the Telugu screen with Pawan Kalyan‘s ‘Bangaram’, has lost two of her family members to Coronavirus that too within a span of ten days.
The actress shared her pain with the people on social media and said it’s prime time the medical infrastructure in India is ramped up and also questioned the Centre in handling the crisis. Meera stated that she doesn’t want to pay GST if she can’t get any medical help when in need.
“When there is not even a single bed in the hospital to save lives in emergencies, I will no longer pay 18 per cent GST,” said the actress.
On April 29, the actress had shared that she had lost her cousin. She said that he died because the country is medically handicapped due to the government. On May 5th, Meera shared that she has lost yet another cousin to the dreaded disease.
