The deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan has gotten on his way to Bengaluru to meet the Forest Minister of Karnataka Ishwar B. Khandre.
The purpose of this meeting is to restrict the red sandalwood smuggling that has been happening in the borderland forests of Andhra and Karnataka. This is going to be a serious meeting and several topics are bound to come to discussion here.
Pawan will also request the Karnataka Forest Minister to help with Kunki elephants to scare away the wild elephants that are running riot in the Chittoor district of AP.
Pawan Kalyan, apart from being the deputy CM, is also the forest and panchayat raj minister of Andhra Pradesh. He is leaving no stone unturned to leave a mark for himself in these key departments. He has gotten to work already.
