The previous YCP government hovered around its three capitals proposal, leaving Andhra Pradesh as a capital less state. With the new NDA government, efforts are underway to restore Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
The same was addressed by Pawan Kalyan on his religious trip and here’s what he had to say about the same.
“We have just started. It is there at the proposal level right now. We need at least another 2-3 weeks to tell you more. We lacked capital. Every state has a capital. Only Andhra Pradesh didn’t have one. So, we are really committed. We wanted to build a world-class capital which would include every part of Andhra region. We want to welcome here every part of the country, every entrepreneur from any state. Anyone should be allowed and be a part of the growth” Pawan stated. He confirmed that Amaravati will be the capital of the masses.
