A brand-new chapter in movie entertainment has begun in Hyderabad with the grand launch of Owners Connplex Cinemas Luxury Theatre. The inauguration was celebrated in style with the presence of several prominent guests including Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, actor Siddu Jonnalagadda, producer S. Radha Krishna (Chinna Babu), producer Naga Vamsi, and other well-known personalities.
Connplex Cinemas is already popular across India for providing smart cinemas with advanced technology and premium facilities. With this new launch under the Owners Connplex brand, Hyderabad audiences are set to experience luxury cinema at its best. The theatre is located at Nagarjuna Circle, Road No.1 & 3, Banjara Hills, inside MPM Times Square Mall.
Speaking at the event, Siddu Jonnalagadda praised the theatre, saying the screen quality is excellent and thanked fans, media, and organizers. Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar congratulated the young team behind the project and wished them success, highlighting the importance of bringing such luxury theatres to the heart of Hyderabad.
Vignan Yarlagadda, one of the founders, explained the vision: “Connplex Cinemas is originally from Gujarat and has over 250 screens across India. This is our first launch in Hyderabad. We want to give audiences a luxurious home-theatre-style experience, especially for First Day First Show screenings. Our facility has three screens with a total seating capacity of 170, all equipped with Dolby Surround Sound and 2K projection.”
The founders Vignan Yarlagadda, Harsha Kothapalli, and Sujith Reddy Goli, who completed their Master’s in the U.S., co-founded this project to bring a world-class cinema experience to Hyderabad. Currently, three screens are open, and two more will be added in the coming months. Their long-term goal is to expand to 100 screens across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh by 2030.
The theatre is launching with Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s film OG, with 15 shows per day starting tomorrow. With its premium facilities and exciting lineup, Owners Connplex Cinemas promises to become a top destination for movie lovers in Hyderabad.
