Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s They Call Him OG is leading the race in North America with $732,229 from 384 locations and 1,398 shows. The total advance sales have already crossed $770K (26,002 tickets) with 24 days still left for premieres.
Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD stands strong with $515,738 from 1,366 shows, while Jr NTR’s Devara has collected $160,681 from 92 shows. Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule is showing massive craze with $423,367 from 2,790 shows even before release. Prabhas’ Salaar has clocked $132,517 from 519 shows.
According to trade circles, these numbers clearly show the domination of Telugu cinema in overseas markets. Fans and experts believe history is being written at the USA box office, with OG mania reaching an all-time high.
