Nani’s upcoming film, Tuck Jagadish, has been in the news for many reasons lately. The makers of the film heading for a direct digital release received a severe backlash from distributors and exhibitions.
Despite receiving a lot of opposition on the release date, streaming platform Amazon Prime Video announced on Friday that the film will be premiering on the Over-the-top (OTT) platform from September 10, on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.
Nani announced the film’s release date with a promo. Sharing the video, the actor tweeted, “With our family for the festival – Love #Tuck Jagadish (sic).”
Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Tuck Jagadish is produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner of Shine Screens. The movie stars Ritu Varma as the leading lady opposite Nani and Jagapathi Babu, Aishwarya Rajesh, Thiruveer, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Devadarshini, and Daniel Balaji will be seen in pivotal roles.
