It was known that man who tested positive for Corona died of heart attack 3 days ago in Nizamabad. As a preventive measure government assigned medical staff to begin survey.
A video in which nurses complaining about maltreatment and abuse by people is spreading like wild fire in the social media. Nurses in Malapally and Barkatpura were attacked in a survey being conducted in the city for prevention of Corona virus.
In collaboration with the local police and corporators, the nurses tried to conduct a survey in these areas from 5 in the morning. Instead of giving the necessary information, the locals started asking questions and not cooperated.
Despite this, when the health workers tried to collect their medical information, they were about to get mob lynched.
Those irresponsible citizens disallowed and tried to leave the pet dogs on them to attack. The frightened nurses and other medical staff were forced to flee from the area and were mistreated with abusive language.
Reportedly more than a thousand people from different areas of Telangana have attended Markaj organized in the Nizamuddin area of Delhi and some of them have been found to have positive symptoms of corona virus.
In such a situation, there are reports of some people coming back from Nizamabad and shows downright reluctance to undergo tests.
A similar incident came to light in Madhya Pradesh in Wednesday, where healthcare workers and civic team members were attacked by a mob of furious locals in an Indore neighbourhood, as they visited the area to screen residents for signs of novel coronavirus infection.
Two women doctors were injured in the attack and later were rescued by the police. In a disturbing video, locals from Ranipura are found to have allegedly spat at officials and hurled abusive words on them during screening process.
