Dharmapuri Aravind has stunned the Telangana politicians, by winning over the Chief Minister’s daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha in Nizamabad constituency.
One major feat that he performed for attaining such a huge majority, was his promise of delivering a minimum support price to turmeric and the establishment of turmeric board. He even offered bond papers to the farmers, to convince them for the votes.
As BJP was expected to form the government at the Centre again, even the farmers of Nizamabad believed in Aravind and offered him a massive majority, along with the victory. But after winning the MP seat, there were no big efforts from the BJP leader, except for a single meeting with the Union agriculture secretary Sanjay Agarwal.

So the farmers, who are dissatisfied with the way, Aravind is handling the issue, is now planning to resume the protest against the Central and state governments from August 15th, if at all the BJP government fails to meet the demands of the Nizamabad farmers.
It is unfortunate that just within few days after attaining the power, Aravind is exactly in the same position, which he landed Kavitha earlier. Now, he is left with the option of either fighting with the Centre for the farmers or face the heat from both the BJP’s bosses and also the local farmers.
