Gopichand will be shooting for his upcoming film, ‘Seetimaarr’ under the direction of Sampath Nandi once favorable conditions emerge. He has also signed for a film which will be directed by Teja and produced by People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts. It has been titled ‘Alamelu Manga Venkata Ramana’.
There were rumors that Teja was keen on signing Kajal Aggarwal for lady lead role in the film but had to change his plans for unknown reasons.
The latest update is that the makers of ‘Alamelu Manga Venkata Ramana’ have gotten in touch with Keerthy Suresh for the female lead role.
Keerthy Suresh listened to the story and is apparently very impressed with it. She is said to be really excited about her role and is all set to sign the dotted line sooner or later. Even Teja feels she can do complete justice to the role.
Teja is currently finalizing the lead cast and technicians. An official announcement regarding the project will be made by next month, say reports.
Keerthy Suresh is one of the leading actresses in South cinema, thanks to the enormous success of ‘Mahanati’. Incidentally, she slashed her remuneration by 30%, owing to the onset of coronavirus and many filmmakers are now interested in roping her in for their films. Keerthy is also working with Nithiin in ‘Rang De’.
