In order to achieve the target of 100 per cent vaccination against Coronavirus, the government has been making all kinds of attempts by encouraging people to get their jab.
Now, the Ujjain district administration in Madhya Pradesh has issued an order announcing government employees will not get their salaries from next month if they are not vaccinated.
District Collector Ashish Singh issued an order to this effect on Tuesday. The order said the employees will not get their pay, if they fail to get vaccinated till July 31.
The order also said they have directed the district treasury officer to get vaccination certificates along with the payment of salaries for June and gather the information about the vaccination of government employees against the Covid-19 infection.
