Actress Niharika NM, known for her charm and talent, is all set to entertain Telugu audiences with her upcoming film “Mithra Mandali”, releasing on October 16. The film features Priyadarshi and Niharika NM in lead roles and is directed by Vijayendar. It is produced by Kalyan Manthina, Bhanu Pratap, and Dr. Vijender Reddy Theegala under the BV Works banner, with Bunny Vas presenting the film.
In a recent media interaction, Niharika NM shared insights about her role and experience in the film. She revealed that she first heard the story of Mithra Mandali, although her Tamil film Perusu released earlier. She mentioned that coordinating schedules for the ensemble cast took time, but now the film is ready for audiences.
Talking about her character, Niharika NM said, “I play a soft and subtle role. My character is very fresh and different. Acting in films has been a completely new and joyful experience for me.”
She praised her co-star Priyadarshi, saying, “Priyadarshi is a very good person and an amazing actor. Despite his success with the film Court, he always remains humble and grounded.”
On her future roles, Niharika NM said she wants to explore different subjects beyond comedy. “I’ve mostly been getting comedy-based roles, but doing the same characters repeatedly can get boring. If it’s just about comedy, I could keep making Reels on Instagram,” she added with a laugh.
Niharika NM also spoke about handling failures and successes in her career. She admitted, “Yes, I get upset when failures come, but I quickly recover and move on.”
Sharing her thoughts on working in Tollywood, she said, “Everyone in the industry has different experiences. As long as we stay within our boundaries, there’s nothing to worry about. I want to appear on screen in a way my family can watch comfortably.”
About the film itself, Niharika NM promised a fun experience for the audience: “The story and narration of Mithra Mandali are very new. It’s a full-on fun entertainer that will make everyone in the theatre laugh heartily and feel relaxed.”
She concluded by expressing gratitude towards the director and producers: “The Telugu film industry has warmly welcomed me. The love and comfort I received here, I don’t think I’ll find anywhere else.”
