Since the evidence of the COVID-19 outbreak was revealed in China, there has been a piece of news that was circulating around the world that this deadly virus will show its maximum effect in cooler places. The places with hot temperatures are less likely to get affected with Novel Corona Virus.
Even Indians were pretty happy before its outbreak and even now, many of them are very confident and are hopeful about its prevention as the subcontinent will be recorded with higher temperatures in Summer. Now this fresh evidence from a study has shown that the effect of the Corona is the same in any range of temperatures.
The Aix-Marseille Institue in France has conducted research on the behavior of the COVID-19 virus in various temperatures and they have revealed a shocking fact. According to them, the Virus will get killed only at temperatures above 92 degrees centigrade. Even at 92 degrees centigrade, it can survive for 15 minutes but can’t withstand from the above temperatures.
At 56-60 degrees centigrade, when this virus was exposed for an hour, its number was decreased but not its efficiency to transmit among people. So, it is clear that no temperature factor would come to our rescue and to break the chain, we must stay home.
