As we had reported earlier, Netflix is planning a trilingual web series with Samantha Akkineni in the lead role. They have approached the star actress regarding the same very recently.
It is being said that Netflix is offering remuneration in upwards of Rs 8 crores to Samantha in a bid to persuade her to sign the dotted line.
This is the highest remuneration offered to any actress in Indian web entertainment industry up until now.
Samantha is very much excited about starring the web series but she is yet to come on-board. She is expected to sign the project very soon and an official announcement will be made correspondingly.
Samantha is looking to take up more web series’ and films in the days to follow.
