The combination of Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu is one hell of a combination, with the duo having delivered a hattrick of successful films. Their combination is formidable and a highly euphoric one, to the extent that the announcement of their combination is enough to excite fans.
Most recently, Boyapati and Balayya delivered the biggest hit of their careers, in the form of Akhanda. Boyapati said many times that there would be a sequel to the movie very soon, owing to the success of the film. In the meantime, it was announced that the duo would be collaborating for a film with political undertones, much like Legend.
Sources have now revealed that the movie has been locked, with Anil Sunkara set to produce the film under the AK Entertainments banner, with Sai Korrapati set to present the film. The film is expected to begin shooting in the second half of 2023, with the film expected to release in 2024 summer, right ahead of the elections in Andhra Pradesh. On the other hand, Balayya is currently busy with the shooting of Unstoppable Season 2, and also has to complete shooting for the remaining parts of his film with director Gopichand Malineni. He is then scheduled to begin shooting for director Anil Ravipudi’s film.
