CPI leader Narayana apologized for his comments on the recent encounter on culprits involved in Disha’s rape and murder.
Right after the news about encounter was out into the media, Telangana police received love from all sections of public across the country. Several netizens appreciated Telangana DGP VC Sajjanar’s move. Even Tollywood celebrities and political biggies joined the chorus. Along with them, even CPI leader Narayana came up with his reaction on the issue.
He supported Telangana police’s move and opined that it is the right judgment. But he faced a flak from the own party leaders. CPI party at national level opposed the encounter and also went against Narayana for going in support of it.

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and other organizations opposed the encounter. Telangana High Court even issued notices to the state government and police, asking to submit a detailed report on it. NHRC on the other side pledged to visit encounter site and find out the facts behind encounter.
As there is such heavy opposition on encounter, Narayana openly apologized for his comments on the issue. He felt bad for going against the policy of the communist party.
