Telangana Governor Narasimhan, who is known to act in favor of the Chief Minister KCR, has shocked the dynamic CM on Wednesday, by going against him.
Narasimhan has rejected the Telangana Municipal Bill passed by the state assembly, saying that it had loopholes. The TRS government, with no option left, had to amend the bill as per the suggestion of the Governor. The bill should now be reintroduced in the next assembly session and if it gets approved, only then, it becomes an act.
Even after appointing a new governor for Andhra Pradesh, who also took charge today, the BJP government still retained Narasimhan, even though he completed over 9 years of service and was appointed in the then Congress regime.
As Narasimhan went against KCR for the first time now, the sources say that he was retained as the Governor, upon the condition to act as per the directions of the Centre and not in the favor of TRS government.
As BJP government is trying to make it big in Telangana state and it got a good boost after bagging 4 Lok Sabha seats in the recent elections, the Lotus party is leaving no opportunity to reach the target.
