After YSRCP was able to form the government with a huge mandate in the recent elections, rest of the opposition parties like TDP and Janasena clearly said that they are going to give a minimum of 100 days time to the new government and only then comment on its performance.
But TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan, already started going against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, saying that he completely failed as the CM.
Be it the new government’s negligence of Amaravati construction, collapse of the construction industry, due to which severe unemployment has been witnessed, the AP government had to witness severe negativity among the public. Unwilling to forgo such anti-government atmosphere, it seems, Naidu is making his best use out of the situation.
In his recent public meet, Naidu compared Jagan’s government to a he-buffalo and said that it cannot give milk but only kicks the people. These comments severely disturbed the political atmosphere in the state and the ruling party leaders resorted to the counter attack in various ways.
But the recent closure of Anna canteens, the way the liquor prohibition is being implemented and several such issues have been troubling the state government for quite some time.
As there are such negative vibes on Jagan and his government, Naidu is able to get the support of the netizens. It can be considered as a timely attack of Naidu, to win the political mileage out of the situation. He may win back the lost glory, if he continues to make the timely attacks of this sort.
